Is it possible to enrol in more than one course at a time?

Yes. Learners may enrol in as many courses as they desire as per their convenience.

What are the acceptable payment methods?

All major Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay and Maestro), UPI/QR (Google Pay, PhonePe and more), Netbanking (All Indian Banks) and Wallet (Mobiwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, Ola Money, Jio Money, PayZapp).

After registering for the course, how am I supposed to access the sessions?

Upon registering for a course, learners will receive a confirmatory email from us. Another email with video conferencing details (links, meeting IDs etc.) would be sent 24 hours prior to the commencement of first session. All the emails will be sent to the registered email id.

How will I access my sessions?

All the LIVE classes will be conducted on our in-house video conferencing platform. The steps to attend the classes are simple; just create an account on the website and once the course payment has been made, the class will automatically be added in the ‘my classes’ section of your account.

Will the video conferencing details be same for all the sessions throughout the course?

Yes.

What is the average duration of a LIVE session?

The duration of each session depends on the topic of the day. However, the average duration lies between 45 -60 minutes.

I have to take a leave due to personal reasons. What should I do?

We understand that emergencies are inevitable. Whenever required, learners or their parents can notify us and we will sanction the leaves.

How can I make up for my missed classes?

Up to 10% of the missed classes will be compensated as per the company policy.

Can I decide my own class schedule?

Absolutely! Once you book the course, our academic panel will contact you to discuss your desired class schedule; you can decide the frequency, time and time zone in which you wish to take the classes.

Can I change my instructor if I do not enjoy their classes?

Yes. If learner is not enjoying their sessions, their parents can contact and notify us about the concerns.

Are there any language perquisites or requirements?

The instructor will use English language for interaction, explaining concepts and solving queries.

How will I receive my certificate upon completion of the course?

The certificates are delivered within 48 hours of course completion. Learners will receive their certificates via email.

Do the sessions occur at a specific time during the week?

All the sessions occur as per the class schedule decided by the learner at the time of course registration. We provide flexibility to the learners to schedule classes as per their convenience.
